Actionable Hope: An Interdisciplinary Discussion for a Thriving World

All students, staff, faculty, and community members who are concerned about the climate crisis are invited to attend!
There will be several speakers from 12:00 - 2:00 pm. Confirmed speakers include:
Laura Burrus -- SFSU's Climate HQ and Chair of the Department of Biology
Peter Roopnarine-- Institute for Biodiversity Science and Sustainability, California Academy of Sciences
Laurie Rousseau-Nepton -- astronomer and visiting scholar at Cal Academy
Frank Marchis -- SETI Institute
Jessica Agnos -- Astronomers for Planet Earth and SFSU graduate student
There will also be a DJ, and student organizations will tabling during the event, along with NASA, Cal Academy, the SETI Institute and the Astronomical Society of the Pacific.
